Recensione raccolta da terze partiI'm happy with the products. but definitely not the service. When I purchased a Jacket. I paid ***Euros for the shipment to Switzerland. I need to change the size. and now I have to pay for the shipping back to Outletmoto. and of course is much more expensive. They told me they cannot do anything about it. I even contacted the company which shipped the jacket. and they told me they can pick up the box. all they need is an email from Outletmoto. I told them this and I offered to pay. but they said it's not something they do. So. now I have to keep the jacket. since it would be more expensive to send it back. They should definitely offer the free return. like most other sites. I'm sorry but I will not purchase here again and I will definitely not recommend them to the people I know.
