Recensione verificataItem bought on rubinetteriashop.it. The description online said "in stock" and "delivery in 2-3 workdays". The item was still not received more than 20 days after payment ! The shop could first not find my order, then i received a rude answer because the order number i was asked to give was not the one they were waiting for. I never get any excuse, nor for the so late shipping, nor for the rude answer. Never again on that shop !!

My reaction wheb you asked for the oder number was so justified, even if the number I send was not the one you were waiting for. If you consider you used a 'very normal tone' in your reply, I think there is a problem. If you are not able to find an order, even with the name of the customer, the code of the product that was purchased, the date and amount of the purchase, the e-mail that was used to order, ... I also think there is a problem. My negative feedback was also for the completly wrong delay that is mentioned on your website, what canno't be discussed. If you are also not able to respect your shipping engagement, there is a problem again. In any case, the negative feedback you received from me is completly justified. The apology I received from your manager was only received after my negative feedback. Without that negative feedback, I would never receive it. You may consider it is not very fair, but you will effectively have now to receive only positive feedbacks from your other customers to compensate the negative one you received from me, by working hard or not (I really think that if your colleage had simply apologized in her first message for the late shipping, and simply looked when the item would be shipped - what she finally never did - you would not lose time later about the feedbacks you receive.
